Organizing with ADHD can be overwhelming and seem impossible. With organizing strategies and ongoing support, you can keep clutter and disorganization in check.

ADHD affects each person differently, so there is no one solution to making improvements.  By coaching, whether in person or virtually, we will cover the best practices for ADHD challenges so that you can create a plan that is reasonable for yourself.

“A dream is just a dream.  A goal is a dream with a plan and a deadline.”
~Harvey Mackay, business owner and author

Strategies for ADHD organizing are based on the material that Mary taught in the University of Tennessee Professional Development class, “ADD/ADHD: Success Strategies for Work & Life”.

Together we will develop an Action Plan with strategies for:

  • Organization
  • Time management
  • Procrastination
  • Distractedness

The Action Plans will cover any area of life that you find ADHD makes more challenging.  ADHD coaching gives you the opportunity to learn, celebrate your successes, and have accountability so you continue to move forward.

Mary has specific training for helping those with ADHD.   In 2008, she became an ADHD Specialist, a certificate awarded by the Institute for Challenging Disorganization. She continues to attend conferences and take classes throughout the year to keep her studies current. In 2021-2022 Mary attended 20 hours of virtual conferences and classes on ADHD.

ADHD organizing challenges can successfully be overcome by in-person assistance or over the phone.
