Clutter-free & Organized was created with the goal of helping clients to get more done, reduce stress and accomplish what really matters in life. Our clients range from large businesses to entrepreneurs and homeowners around the U.S. Our prime concern is confidentiality when working with all our clients, whether in person or on the phone. Our specialty is clients with ADHD.

When we work with clients, we are there to help them accomplish their goals. It is important that we listen to each client to assess what systems will work best for them individually.  Having worked with hundreds of clients and businesses for over 25 years, we bring to our clients the expertise we have gained and look forward to sharing that with you.

Our business philosophy is “Simple is Smart”. What is the simplest way we can organize things?  If we can Clutter-free your mind and Clutter-free your space, then you will enjoy greater success with less stress!

Working through virtual coaching has given us the opportunity to reach clients across the country.  We are located in East Tennessee near Knoxville and the Tri-Cities but will travel to wherever our clients are located.   Mary loves spending time near Amelia Island, Florida, and working with her clients there.
